Phillip Dunn, CPA
Phil has spent the last 25 years providing quality accounting and tax services to business in the tri-state area.  He is known for his personalized service to each respective business dependent on their corporate needs.   Phil has retained significant client loyalty throughout his career, many have been clients of McMillan, Dunn & Company in excess of 20 years.  His emphasis has always been business' making informed decisions with quality information.  Manufacturing, Real Estate, Construction, Wholesale Distribution, and the Service Industries make up his client base, with revenues from $1 million to $100 million.

Phil earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Scranton. He continues his ongoing education with numerous seminars and educational events he attends, and is often the moderator at these events.

Phil is active in a number of professional organizations including the Passaic County Chapter of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He has also served on many community boards in a volunteer capacity.

Phil enjoys spending time with his family.  Hiking in his hobby, and one of his lifelong goals is to conquer the Appalachian Trail. 

Larry McMillan, CPA
Larry has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1986. He is dedicated to helping clients make intelligent financial decisions and ethically minimize tax liability. His patience and determination ensure that every client is treated with high regard.

Larry earned a Bachelors of Science from Montclair State University. Larry then went on to become a Certified Public Accountant. He is a Member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In his spare time, Larry enjoys jogging, and spending time with his children.

Larry and Phil joined forces over two decades ago to form McMillan, Dunn & Company, LLP. They believe that their combined knowledge and experience will achieve remarkable results for all of their clients.
